Refund and Return Policy

At Bam Sweets, we strive to provide our customers with the best quality sweets and snacks. Since our products are perishable food items, we have a limited return and refund window to ensure hygiene, safety, and quality for all our customers.


1. No Return Policy

Due to the nature of our products (freshly made food), we do not accept returns once the order has been delivered or picked up.

Please double-check your order before confirming to avoid any confusion.


2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds are only applicable in the following situations:

  • You received the wrong item.
  • Your order was damaged during delivery.
  • Your order was not delivered at all.
  • Product received is expired or spoiled (very rare – must be reported immediately with evidence).

To request a refund, you must:

  • Contact us within 24 hours of delivery.
  • Provide order details and clear photo/video proof of the issue.

3. Refund Process

  • Once we verify the issue, a refund will be initiated to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.
  • In case of Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, a store credit or bank transfer may be offered.
  • Partial refunds may be given for partially affected items.

4. Order Cancellation

  • Orders can only be cancelled within 1 hour of placing them (if not yet processed).
  • Once the preparation starts, cancellation is not possible.
